According to Scripture, this age will end with war. Several wars we see and are about to see have been outlined in Scripture. Jesus is going to return as a man of war and destroy all of His enemies to bring true peace to the earth, and many Christians find that difficult to accept. The world will never truly have peace until the Prince of Peace comes and reigns from Jerusalem.
